Is the conference hybrid? Can I present the paper online?
We strongly recommend that all interested participants attend the conference in person. This allows you to present your work, network with professors, scholars from CHRIST to University of Westminster, and the editorial team Taylor & Francis, as well as global scholars from various regions. Currently, we encourage in-person participation, but we’ll consider a hybrid option if more requests arise and update the conference website accordingly.
Can I get an extension on the date for submitting the abstract?
Yes, it has been extended to 15th November 2025
Can I submit previously published papers?
No
Do I need to submit a full paper?
NO, please submit only a draft paper of 4500-5000 words
If selected, how? Which journal?
Through this conference, the presenter can present their body of work, followed by receiving feedback. Post that, in the future, when the ‘Call for Papers’ notice is out on the journal website, they can submit their full paper. However, at that time, the discretion of the acceptance of the manuscript/rejection of the manuscript will go through the submission guidelines as stated on the journal website.
What does the registration fee include?
There is lunch on both days, high tea on two occasions each on both days of the conference, a gala dinner on the first day, and a sustainable goodie bag consisting of exciting stationery and, most importantly, a lot of good memories!
Are there any discounts or fee waivers available?
There is early bird registration.
Can I receive the certificate after presenting the paper?
Yes, on the very day of the presentation.
What is the presentation format?
PPT (Introduction, Background of the study, Major literature review, Research Gap, Methodology, Findings, Analysis, Future scope, Conclusion, References).
What is the duration of presentation?
10-15 minutes of presentation+5 minutes of Q&A.
What are the International participants' travel information?
An Invitation letter will be provided by CHRIST (Deemed to be University) for the VISA application.
Is the third-day trip compulsory to participate?
No, it is optional.
Can I submit a paper as a sole author?
Yes.
What will be the procedure if my paper is accepted, but I cannot attend for valid reasons?
If you are unable to travel for any reason, we will be unable to consider and registration fees are non refundable.
What is the heritage tour?
Heritage Tour, an enriching excursion designed to showcase the vibrant cultural tapestry, architectural grandeur, and historical essence of the region. The heritage tour will be a whole-day event on 27 June 2026.
Who can attend the conference?
Anyone interested in this conference can attend in the capacity of a presenter or an audience.

How reliable is the selection committee?
The accepted papers in the conference will go through an anonymous peer review process, where the peer reviewers are competent academicians, and established researchers with earlier work experiences in reviewing and editing manuscripts.

Yes, but with an audience registration fee.

Top three papers for every theme.
What are the criteria for getting the paper selected or retracted?
We have specific broader parameters based on which the paper will be selected.
How many authors can co-author a manuscript?
There is no restriction on co-authorship; however, if more than one author wishes to present, then that author(s) also need to register for the conference.
Who all can submit a paper without a registration fee?
Only the audience can participate, however, there is a specific audience fee.
